Work At Home Moms.

I am having my first born, and now I am torn between working continuously or quitting my job and be a full time mother and a housewife.  Unfortunately, I think I will be working full-time since my husband is not earning enough so we can live comfortably, we live pay check after pay check, he has a son and unfortunately the kid doesn't have a plan of working and would rather be a bum his entire life.

They say being pregnant is very overwhelming, you get to experience weird things inside and out, but it's all worth it.  Unfortunately, it's a different story for me, getting up in the morning is a challenge to me but I have to because I have to work, as early as now I want to buy stuff for my "Peanut" but I don't have the spare money to buy anything at all because I am helping husband to pay and maintain the house.  Right now, I feel like we (me and my baby) are not a priority as of the moment since most of the expenses goes to the house rent, paying the bills ---where his son gains more by being on the computer 24/7.

Everytime I get my pay, most of it goes to him, gas money, for the market and when he doesn't have money anymore because he hasn't received his pay check yet.  I am really frustrated but I have to live with it at least for the meantime, until he gets a better job.

So bad I want to be a full time mother so I can clean the house the way I want, cook food for my husband and make sure that everything is in it's place, although it's hard to move around since I am on my 25th week.   But I know I can be a really good housewife and a mother.  And besides, hiring a nanny is not practical, you pay her 3,500 php and she gets to enjoy taking care of my kid, that's not right, plus there's no spare room for her where she can sleep, I just hope that things will turn out fine once Peanut is out.

Who Wants Milk?

Unfortunately not all of us (referring to women) were given the chance to be blessed with big bazookas, but boy this lady here Sheyla Hershey sets record with 38KKK juggies. 28-year-old Sheyla Hershey of Brazil is the proud owner of the world's largest breasts -- with a staggering, life-threatening, and unfortunately-named bra size of 38KKK. But she wasn't done yet. On her way to achieving her dream, she encountered certain roadblocks, like Texas law. The state limits the amount of silicone that one person put in their body because the implants could kill her. So she headed to Brazil, which has no such restrictions, and walked away with the breasts of her dreams.2009-02-04-boobs2.jpg

Papa's Birthday.

Today is my Dad's 66th birthday, and we never ran out of ideas on how we should celebrate it, last year we surprised him on the eve of his birthday.  It was fun and I never seen my dad so happy.  The surprise birthday party was all mom's idea.  Mom is now gone, today Dad will celebrate his birthday without Mom for the first time, it's just him and my brother, while I stay here in Manila and my sister is now out of the country.  Ever since Mom died it feels like nothing is worth celebrating.

There will be more birthdays like this, more Christmases, New Year's.

Missing Mom.

It has been 120  Days   -- or --   17  Weeks and  1  Day that my Mom passed away and everyday I miss her.

I miss it when she is just a phone call away, and she would excitedly pick-up every call and giggle like a happy child just because you remembered to call her.  I miss the days when we fight over text messages when I promise to come home and I cannot, because something needs to be done at work.

I miss it when she would ask me to buy her things, funny how things change when you are big and she would ask you for small things -- and even if you don't have the money for it, or if you think she has the same exact thing, you would still buy it for her.

I miss it when she would tell me stories that only her and I know, it's like having our own girl club exclusive just for us.

I miss you Ma, sana kahit five minutes lang makausap kita, mayakap and mahalikan.

Mahal na mahal kita.

7 signs that your child loves you

This article wasn't written by me, it is solely owned by babycenter.com but I would still like to share it anyways.  babycenter.com helped me through a lot during the process of my pregnancy and more, and this is just one of the articles that will definitely help first-time moms.  Enjoy!

1 Your newborn stares into your eyes.

He's actually working hard to memorize your face. He doesn't understand anything else about the world, but he knows you're important.

2 Your baby thinks about you even when you're not around.

Between 8 and 12 months old, she'll start to scrunch her face and look around when you leave the room — and she'll smile when you return.

3 Your toddler throws wicked tantrums.

Nope, those screaming fits don't mean he's stopped loving you. He wouldn't be so hurt and angry if he didn't trust you so deeply.

4 Your toddler runs to you for comfort when she falls down or feels sad.

Kids this age may not truly understand the meaning of "I love you," but their actions speak louder than words.

5 Your preschooler gives you a gift.

A flower picked from a garden, a finger-painted heart, a sparkly rock, or another small token is his way of saying you're special.

6 Your preschooler wants your approval.

She'll start to be more cooperative around the house, and she'll look for chances to impress. "Look at me!" will become a catchphrase.
7 Your grade-schooler trusts you with secrets, like his first crush or his most embarrassing moment.

You're his confidante, even if he shies away from your hugs in public.
